The same seven step process is adopted and the key difference between the Mentored Advocacy and the Complete Advocacy Assignment is that our clients are involved in the initial inspections and shortlisting process of the property with the aid of hand-picked itineraries they will receive every week. Each investor receives a tailored strategy Guidebook, featuring checklists, background information about real estate agent practices, “no-go” properties and due-diligence processes.
