Our job is to guide our clients with recent comparable sales…. but what happens when\u00a0nothing<\/em> quite compares, and this particular property type comes up\u00a0rarely<\/em>? And\u00a0how<\/em> much<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>of a ‘premium stretch’ can be justified when a buyer has already been in the market for over a year when the market is moving\u00a0upwards<\/em>, and at a relatively\u00a0aggressive<\/em>\u00a0pace? Ultimately, we guide our clients to\u00a0not<\/em> overpay and to be sensible about what other options are potentially available within their desired price band.
