Our lovely clients were hopeful that they could find a 3BR+ property in a great area with good yard, parking on title, and a bit of character. Investing in Geelong for the right reasons (and cashflow metrics) wins our full endorsement.<\/p>\n<\/a>Heartbreak struck at this gorgeous 60’s gem in middle-ring Belmont. We were the underbidders, (or as agents say – the bridesmaids). Another couple wanted it more – and it sold under the hammer for $630,000.<\/p>\nFor us as advisors, our encouragement flowed easily.
