With only eight apartments in the block, a secure entrance, under-building parking and a courtyard on a 99 year lease on offer, we were excited before we even saw the property.<\/p>\n<p>Our client commuted to her inspection and reported in with enthusiasm. The best part for our Mentored Advocacy clients is finding a property and being able to recognise it as a winner after having had the benefit of being able to contrast it to a range of others in the same price band.
