With a stretch budget of approximately $700,000, we circled Newport and Footscray as likely inner-west options and put the call out to the agents.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, this circa-10 year old double storey townhouse\u00a0<em>did<\/em> grab our attention but being certain about price is difficult in an agressive and upward-moving market.
