The e-books were a fun by-product of what was a challenging time for the Australian real estate community. Melbourne has been impacted with multiple, difficult COVID-19 lockdowns, and as many have done, the Cate Bakos Property team saw this as an opportunity to create something positive while individually working remotely from home.

Separating, sequencing and publishing selected pieces into a series of books for new readers, and friends and family of our loyal supporters has been an effort on the team’s behalf.

This selection specifically relates to those who are keen to learn more about the art and tactical side of bidding and negotiating. From auction conduct to setting the right mindset in preparation for a significant commercial investment, Cate’s 20+ years of negotiation experience shines through and the intention is to better equip those who are thinking of, or are in the midst of making one of the most significant purchases of their lives.
